The place was spacious and has everything one would need during a stay (eg., washing machine). It was within walking distance to Santiago Bernabeu stadium which was nice since we watched a late game. It was relatively close to the city as well. We would definitely come here again if we visit the city again.

Nice apartment with a large terrace. It was well equipped (washer, drying rack, pots and pans etc). Instructions for check-in were clear and it worked well. Convenient that they have parking. Easy to get to the center with the metro which is a 3 min walk. Lots of grocery stores, restaurants and shops walking distance from hotel. Overall a very nice place to stay.

A fantastic apartment with lots of space and amenities. Well equipped kitchen with all you need to prepare simple meals, including a large fridge and freezer. Also had a washing machine in the bathroom. Gorgeous terrace with chairs and sun lounger to enjoy views over the room tops. Comfy sofa too with quiet air conditioning.

Extremely helpful and forthcoming staff. Walking distance away from a Metro station. Clean rooms that were quite spacious for the two of us. Has every feature advertised, including AC, mini-kitchen, and refrigerator.

The rooms were a good size. The bed was comfortable. Our room had a quiet outlook so was an advantage. The hotel is Very well located being only a 5 minute walk to the metro. This metro line has direct access to the airport via Chamartin metro and Chamartin station so is very easy to travel to and from.

Great facilities,toaster,kettle and everything you need In the kitchen.plenty of towels good bed and plenty of pillows.lots of hot water.Top tip pay the extra for 4th floor room it has a huge terrace furniture and lounger great if the weather is warm.Housekeeping staff really nice.It is the best apartment I have stayed in for a long time.

The apartment was very clean and modern. It has all the facilities. Two TV sets, a couch, table and three chairs. We have a special request for twin beds and we received it. Our stay has all we need.

The Human machine interface at the entrance of the hotel was friendly use one. Easy to enter the details and receive the key instantly.

This hotel worked out really well for our three-day stay in Madrid ahead of a flight. The location is in a more residential part of Madrid, which we liked. It was fun to see all the local people out on Sunday evening. It is a short walk (under 10 minutes) to a metro station on a line that goes to the center, so convenient. Uber to the airport for under 20 euros. The automated check in system was different but they send detailed instructions and it workedt. The one-bedroom suite was very comfortable, wifi worked, kitchen was functional, everything very clean despite it being an older building. We really liked the corner bar across the street. There are lots of restaurants and grocery stores in the area.

Great non-touristy area, felt like an authentic Madrid experience, metro stop 5 minute walk away. Good air conditioning. Nice sized family apartment, so handy to have a fridge freezer to keep fresh produce in. Flat entry and lift access to rooms (good for prams, wheelchairs, luggage). Lidl store and large market 5 minutes away. Small children's play area 2 minutes away. Loads of quality affordable places to eat, nice cafes etc all around (particular shout out to Pistachios across the road for amazing cheap coffee, wine and tapas). Area felt really safe. Helpful staff, we requested a kettle and they made sure one was in the room, helped me by booking a taxi with child seat to the airport, stayed a bit later to help us check in when our flight was delayed.
